Seeing your life differently - rewriting your story.

Today I am focusing on beliefs, perceptions, and judgments that we accepted and believed as a young child. It is extremely important to realize that the messages we internalize may not be those that the people in our lives were giving us. For example, as a child you may ask a question just when the phone is ringing and dinner is burning, you may get a harsh response and believe they do not care about you, when the response has nothing to do with you. You just do not see the situation the from the same perspective. Even when a parent apologizes, the child may still hold self doubt. This journey may allow you to change your view of reality, of your life and of yourself. I encourage you to start or add these to your journal writings.

How have you viewed your early childhood life from the aspects of stability, safety. and security? Was your view of your feelings of life then one of trust or distrust? Did you feel sustained and rooted in life and with yourself and your surroundings? Was there turmoil, instability or confusion in your environment? Remember "Leave it to Beaver" was a tv show not reality. Don't judge your life against that, just be honest and open.

As you are going over these questions, do you view the circumstances or situation of that time as full acceptance of life on earth, or do you feel a sense of resistance, fear, anger or bitterness?

As children we are born into families. All family situations differ. Many times, families or parents do not have the ability to love freely or completely. Here I am not passing judgment. I am saying that many of us were never able to really love ourselves. We may have felt judged, insecure, unsupported, lacking and unstable. Often the people in our lives did not truly know how to love and accept themselves. They may have been living a life of pain or insecurity. They could not love others unconditionally because they might not have known what it was to love themselves. They tried to fit in and earn love. They did not feel they were lovable just for being. There may have always been strings attached.

There are several key points here. One is that there is no fault or blame. Each person does the best they can. Each parent loves their children the best they can. Rather than blaming and judging for others perceived imperfections we would do better to focus on the brokenness and loss of wholeness that they may have experienced. This puts us in a state of compassion and forgiveness.

Once we accept, love and forgive our life for not being what we may not have consciously chosen, we can move on. Living in the past and reliving our hurts over and over keeps us trapped, unhealthy and we are not living in love.

The good news here is that after we let go of the past we can start moving on. We start to create the life we want by realizing that we are creators. We need to accept the we are each born by a loving creator and are a soul of pure love. Innocent little lovable babies. In this state we are more like the animal kingdom. We are part of nature and nurture. We know how to suckle, we respond to fear and love and comfort in healthy ways. As we learned and developed our egos we lose touch with that pure little spirit of love and joy. We start to form opinions and beliefs about who we are. They are lies, but we believe them. We do not know any better. But now you have the ability to change and see the truth.

Starting today I ask each of us to repeat the following affirmations. Add others if they pop into your mind!

  • I accept this life on earth.
  • I am safe, secure and stable. All my needs will be met.
  • I trust life.
  • I am a divine spark of life.
  • I have all I need within myself.
  • My life is a balance of a relationship with earth and the source of creation and infinite love.
  • I trust myself. I trust my intuition. My knowing from within.
  • I choose to question false beliefs that I have held.
  • It is okay to experience my emotions, accept them and own the power of truth within me.
  • I am strong. I am loving.
  • I have free will and a choice to choose a different path than I have been on.
You may want to write a letter to yourself, one to your mother and one to your father. Feel your emotional pain and release it. Tell yourself that you are now choosing to rewrite your life from the truth not your false perceptions of reality, judgments and pain. You are going to create a loving child who loves themselves for the beauty within regardless of what you may have encountered outside of yourself. Tell yourself, This or that happened or I felt that. It is over now and I survived. I am O.K. I choose to let it go and to live a life of giving and receiving love and not living in pain or lies. I WANT TO LIVE AND LOVE. If you need to write about your anger write it and release it. Forgive it. Write a letter to others (don't send it) just let them know how you felt and forgive them. Perhaps you may want to burn it after to complete letting go.

As you do this, you will feel more courageous, freer, lighter and more empowered. You will be taking your power back. You will be deciding to see your life in a much different way.

Peace, love, contentment

It is Christmas Eve and all is quiet. There is a gentle light snow falling outside. A feeling of peace, love and contentment is in the air. I send peace, love, hope to you. Believe in the unlimited possibilities the universe offers to us all. We only have to open to it and believe that we are worthy. You are, you know. You were created and will always be pure love and light. It is only your denial of that truth that makes you see yourself differently. You were born an innocent loving little baby, a little vessel, so anxious to love and be loved. We are here to love and to be loved. May you awaken to the love that you really are, your true self, which is always letting you know that you are pure love.

Anytime you feel any sort of discontent, unhappiness, pain, stress of challenge that is your signal that you are out of alignment with your true self and your call or opportunity to make it right again. I truly, truly wish to offer my services as a LifeLine Practitioner to help you to find and reclaim that part of you. To guide you to become whole, peaceful and purposefully happy in your life.

Blessings to each of you.

The Divine Matrix

In our lives we often become separated from source. We feel we need to control everything and that we have so much to do. Being disconnected from others or perceiving to be disconnected leaves us feeling alone and overwhelmed. We may believe no one really understands what we are going through or are experiencing. Are you focusing on your stresses, pain, or challenges? Are you stuck and unhappy about some or many aspects of your life? You are not really separated from source. There really is no pain. Welcome to the Divine Matrix.

Pain, stress, challenges or even busyness are like stories we can read in a book. They are chapters trying to get our attention. If we know how to listen, we can learn, process and awaken to a greater truth and reality.

You see, my friends, life is like that. A Divine Matrix of energy. We are all part of that energy. We often feel separate from others or things around us. There is a heartbeat to all life, like one big organism. Connect to life as one large universe (entity). We each are part of it, like a star, moon or planet. We are just a different form of life. So there is really no separation at all. We are all part of the universe. We are created by a source of Divine Love. We are part of the divine love. :)

If you would like a LifeLine Session, send me an e-mail and I will contact you. You may also call if you would like. I would be honored to work with you to create a new reality for your life! :)

Why because I Love YOU.

Ever wonder why you seem to repeat the same mistakes over and over again? Is there a circumstance or emotional trigger that keeps setting you off? Are you tired of this cycle? Everytime, this happens, I react like this. Hmmm. I don't really want to react like that, so why do I? Why do I get angry when..... Why do I reach for food for comfort? Why does that weight that you have wanted to loose for twenty years still remain despite your desire to see yourself lighter? Why are you still carrying emotional pain and baggage that you just can't throw out the window? Well, do not think you are alone! That is life. And it happens because it is what we keep re-creating by not changing our focus. These are not easy lessons to learn. Mainly because we tend to resist change. And one thing is certain in life, What you resist persists. So let's work on changing our focus. Ready?

Sound wise? So why don't we forgive, forget, let go of pain, hurt, anger, weight, injustice? At face value it would appear easy. We would tell a friend, just let go of it, let's go have fun. Right. Move on. We might have a cup or glass of something with them and lift their spirits. We do this for a reason. Think about it for a minute about water. What are the qualities of water? It flows, it follows the path of least resistance. It feeds our root structure helping us grow and flourish. It is stored in our core organs. It maintains 98% of our body weight. We are water. We are meant to flow. Sometimes water is still and quiet, being reflective and mirroring what we are appearing to be. Our bodies do this on the inside as well. They reflect our health and wellbeing. If we are free flowing we are at ease and happy. If we are not free flowing and open, I would venture to say that we have become the judge or the victim.

This judge or victim persona is one that we learn. We are not born this way. We are born as a spirit of pure love. An innocent, happy, loving little baby. (We are not all born perfectly healthy or under perfect circumstances). That is because we are made of energy, and are formed from the levels of energy in our environments, and the level of vibration that we are mirroring back. (Not on a conscious level but on a subconscious level) We become a product of our environment and our ego begins to form.

Oh, I know of what I speak. Tongue in cheek. This is the story of our lives, our past. Over the last several months I have been on a journey. A dear friend of mine, recommended a book to me. I have a great affinity for books and their authors. They are friends and guides. I welcome them. The book I am referring to is "The Four Agreements". In it I found my past behaviors glaring at me as The JUDGE and VICTIM.

OMG, I created my life by being the judge and victim. Creating the circumstances of my current existence. This can be a hard pill to swallow, my friends, but we do it, every time we make a choice. We choose what we are and what we will become. You may be screaming, but this is not what I wanted. And I say to you, I know. Me neither. But it is what you created. That is what I created. And why did we create the very thing that we did not want? Stay with me here, okay. Because inside us, our true self, our soul, is light and love. And when we perceive something that is not in the vibration of light and love we reject it. When we reject it, we focus our attention on it and are thus holding it as part of our energy. And until we let it go it remains with us. It is our hurts, our fears, our judgments, or failures, our pain. Everytime we accuse another, blame another, or are angry or hateful to another we are holding those emotions in our energy field as part of us. Our subconscious mind, holds these emotions in different parts of our body, our very cells as trapped emotions. Until we release them, everytime they are triggered, we experience the emotion again as if for the first time. The subconscious does this because it loves you. It holds these things for you because you were not ready or able to deal with them. So thank you subconscious for this gift in VERY strange wrapping paper. But I no longer need you to hold it, I WANT to change. And change is a choice.

Focusing on love, health. acceptance and compassion are great habits to begin forming. That will start changing your vibration and reality.

I would like to point out here that our conscious mind is only 2-10 percent of our mind. So just consciousness alone will not get the results you want. You need balance not only in your mind, but also in body and spirit. And you need to work at releasing that which you are holding to.
I sincerely encourage you to try a Lifeline session. I will work with you to adjust fees, if that is an issue. This will change your life. Attract abundance, health, and happiness to you.

This is not about money. I want to enable you to live your best life. I want harmony, peace and unity. It all starts within each one of us.

With infinite love and gratitude!
